Closer to 12 months, a salt solution and 5 grams of butter are added to the prepared food. Instead of salt, you can pour the porridge with a sugar solution and add butter.

For a one-year-old baby with at least 6 teeth, you can cook thicker porridge: 2 tablespoons per glass of water. To prevent the water from boiling away before the cereal is boiled, the fire is set to a minimum value. If the finished porridge is not soft enough, add water. Cooking time: 40 minutes from the moment of boiling.

The salt solution is added 5-10 minutes before it is ready, butter is added to the hot, ready-made porridge.

Porridge with milk

Recipe:

  1. Pre-ground cereal is prepared in water: 300 milliliters - 60 grams.
  2. Cook, covered, over low heat for 25 minutes after boiling.
  3. The boiled porridge is stirred with a blender.
  4. Add diluted milk (100-150 milliliters) to the desired consistency.
