Despite all the beneficial properties, excessive or improper consumption of fruits is harmful.

  2. Sour varieties of apples are not recommended for children, as this causes increased sensitivity of the teeth.

For the children's menu, choose green fruits. Pay attention to the skin of the fruit. It doesn't have to be perfect.

A natural apple cannot shine; it should not have a waxy coating. Homemade fruits are a guarantee of quality and benefits. If you cannot purchase such a product, give preference to local varieties. They will enrich the child’s body with essential vitamins more than imported “overseas” fruits.

The apple can be given in any form: fresh or mashed. But a small child is unlikely to cope with a whole fruit. It is preferable for infants to start complementary feeding with baked fruits

  2. Place the prepared fruits in the multicooker bowl and add a little water.
  3. We select the “Baking” program, and in a few minutes the dessert is ready.

The apple baked in a slow cooker needs to be ground in a blender. Then you will get a tasty, tender puree.

Today you can bake fruit in the microwave. For this you will need special dishes.

Recipe for apples in the microwave

  1. Wash the fruits and cut into pieces, removing the seeds.
  2. Place the slices in a heatproof dish, add a little water and microwave for 5 minutes.
  3. Ready apples can be chopped with a fork, blender or rubbed through a sieve.

Mashed potatoes prepared in the microwave should be cooled thoroughly. If it turns out sour, you can add sugar.

How to bake apples in the oven? Cut the prepared fruits, put them in a bowl, and put them in the oven for 20 minutes. The finished puree needs to be cooled.

Baked apples are suitable for little ones. You can add them to the diet from 4-5 months. The puree turns out more homogeneous and tender. For older kids, you can diversify the menu by adding cottage cheese or pumpkin to the baked apple.

Preparing puree for future use

Healthy complementary foods should be in a baby's diet throughout the year. You can use store-bought puree from jars, but it’s better to make a good dessert yourself. It won’t take much time, and the efforts made will only benefit the baby. In the summer, when the harvest is good, you need to prepare puree for future use.

  1. Peel the apples and cut into small slices. Add a little water and sugar and cook for about 30 minutes.
  2. Place the puree into sterile jars and then cook in the oven. Place them on a wire rack, cover with lids, and sterilize for another 40 minutes.
  3. Roll up the finished puree, cool and store in the cold.

This dessert will be an excellent source of fiber in the winter season.

You can also prepare apples for the winter in a slow cooker:

  1. Cut the prepared and peeled fruits into slices and place in a multicooker bowl.
  2. Add a little water and sugar to the raw materials. Cook the puree in the “Stew” mode for about 2 hours.
  3. Grind the resulting mass with a blender and continue cooking in the slow cooker for another 10 minutes.
  4. When the puree boils, turn off the device. Place the finished product in sterile jars and roll up. The puree prepared in the slow cooker should be stored in a cool place.

Apples baked in the microwave can also be preserved for the winter. In winter or cold autumn, homemade puree will serve as a source of vitamins for babies.

A baked apple is not only a sweet dish, but also a healthy dessert. When baked, the fruits retain a lot of vitamins, fiber, iron and pectin. This dish will help cope with a cold and will be a good afternoon snack at any time of the year.

Also one of my favorite recipes. You can vary the amount of sugar as you wish.

This cooking method involves cutting the fruit into slices or pieces.

Let's take:

  • apple,
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara.

So, choose the fruit you like. Cut off all the peel from it.

And grind the pulp itself as you like. But we try to cut out the middle with the bones. You can simply divide the apple in half, or you can cut it into cubes or slices.

We transfer the resulting pieces into a ceramic bowl, that is, an ordinary plate. Sprinkle the amount of granulated sugar you need on top.

Place in the microwave for 5-7 minutes.

Then we take it out, cool it and eat it.

After cooking, the mass will greatly decrease in volume, so you can cut not one, but two apples into one plate.

Baked apples with sugar

Ingredients:

  • butter – 30 g;
  • apples – 3 medium sour;
  • brown sugar – 30 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the fruits and cut off the tops. Using a gentle movement of the knife, remove the centers with seeds. Don't forget to pierce the peel with a toothpick.
  2. Divide the butter into three equal pieces and place in each fruit. Sprinkle sugar on top and cover with tops.
  3. Place the filled baskets in a deep container. Cover and bake for three to five minutes (depending on the size of the fruit).

Preparing for the winter

  1. Wash and cut the fruits, put them in salted water for 5 minutes to preserve color.
  2. Remove and let the water drain. Place on a plate and place in the oven for 3 minutes at 300 W. Take it out and check for readiness.
  3. Now you need to be careful: set the timer at 30-second intervals, constantly checking for readiness. Don't miss the moment when the chips start to burn. After about 3 minutes you will have soft chips.

Try it, it's delicious! Or save it for the winter: put it in a jar with a tight lid and put it in a closet.

You can prepare apple chips in an oven or a special dryer (dehydrator), but this will take much more time. Try not to dry it out!

Dried apples are shelf-stable products. They are used to make compotes in winter or eat after soaking them in water. It is important to preserve dried fruits for a long time. Cardboard boxes, thick fabric bags, plywood boxes lined with parchment, tightly sealed jars, and the freezer are good storage places. Bags and boxes are placed in the coolest place in the house, and best of all - on the balcony.
