  • Pears – 2 kg
  • Apple juice – 120 ml
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Citric acid – 7 g
  • Granulated sugar – 330-360 g

  • Choose tasty, ripe fruits. You can take slightly beaten and crushed pears, since in the future we will chop them until smooth. Wash the pears, peel, remove seeds, and cut into small pieces.
